Mission Statement
To provide services that enhance the comfort and quality of life
of children, and their families, who are experiencing the impact of
serious, life-threatening illness by utilizing a caring and
multi-disciplinary team of professional practitioners.
Having a child with a serious illness is unimaginable to most
parents. Unfortunately, it is a reality for some. Hope’s Journey of
the Greater Lehigh Valley wants to support children with
life-threatening illnesses, and their families, by providing palliative
and hospice services to them in their own home. Through the use of
a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, our hope is to ease the
burden of illness on the child and family.
Donate
Hope’s Journey of the Greater Lehigh Valley relies heavily on
donations to be able to serve as many families in the Lehigh Valley that
need our services. Your donation will go directly to helping the
Hope’s Journey of the Greater Lehigh Valley team provide care to
children who need it the most in our community.
